OK, I admit it.  I'm a sucker for novel food and beverage gadgets, and I've bought stranger looking items.  

But, despite my affliction,  this sounds like it could really work effectively. For $129, I'll buy one when it's available this fall (if it doesn't work, it looks like it will still make a great Christmas gift......)
